We had worked on the DoneDeal Help WordPress website since 2012 and then in 2014 we worked on their migration to the current Zendesk Help website, or ‘Help Centre’, re-creating the design specs exactly. Zendesk websites are usually pretty generic designs, but DoneDeal wanted something that was in line with their corporate design. there were plenty of challenges with this job, from the migration of information from the old website to dealing with coding the design within the constraints of the Help Centre environment. The project worked out very well and the guys at DoneDeal now have the benefit of the Zendesk support centre, as well as a fab looking website that is very much a DoneDeal website.
